I can see the benefits but still less than a week away from the start of the season?? just doesn't make sense.

Yes MJD's health concerns me too, but he'll be fine to start the year and they are returning 4 of their starting 5 O-linemen. I'm just not a fan of Hasselbeck whatsoever and TEN have a lot of new coaches/schemes. Also opening up on the road...

I'm just sayin this game is far from a lock for TEN....especially after they over-compensate on the new line.

If you saw Garrard in the preseason this shouldn't be a shock. He was terrible and ailing with his back every other play.

is it? once you have a mediocre quarterback that has reached his full potential, its probably a sign that your team wont get much better

it is a smart move to bring young talent in and give them play time, that is the only way they will improve and form a good team in the future, they wont get better sitting on the bench while some hack plays the game

Only a juice move so far, which reflects what a mediocrity Garrard is as a QB. But they cut him right after a Chamber of Commerce luncheon which was attended by the entire organization. Totally weird.
