Did anyone make money in the pre-season? I did not.
No replies like "bettering on pre-season is stupid" please.
Thanks.

Yeah, I surprisingly did pretty well considering I have previously ranted against it. I started out to make the team/player research more meaningful-give me a reason to truly think and not just go through the motions. Found the psychology more trying than regular season so I'm glad I did it but I'm glad it's over! Cheers

Hey Trivial I did mine the old-fashioned way with a lot of researching, finding out as much as I could about predicted squad playing times, etc and how much I could reasonably predict the team wanting a win balanced against evaluating players and saving injuries. Basically I compared the starters and most notable rookies/second stringers and looked for info on how much playing time would be given. The last game OAK @ SEA I did a write up for where I found some useful quotes from coaches, etc and stacked it against what I felt the teams could likely accomplish. You can search this post out if you like, I think I simply called it "OAK @ SEA". Anyways, there's probably some hotshots that will break my balls because they have superior knowledge and math formulas but I made my cash and learned lots about most aspects of teams. Cheers and good luck this season!
