    Race for Andrew Luck
You have to figure the Cincy Bungles are in prime position to get Luck. They have a poor owner in Brown who is screwing up that organization. He let his ego get in the way by not trading Carson Palmer. He should have let head coach lewis go. They hand the starting reins to a weak armed QB Dalton. They have a beat up Cedric Benson as their stud running back. Defense isn't bad, but will be on the field for long periods of time this year. They will wear down. They started at around 7 wins for futures but now down to 5.5. Wanted to place a wager on the under, but my book doesn't offer sesason win totals. Will be lucky to win 4 games this year.

Lot of teams could tank late in the season, so many need a decent QB.

Carolina could be a 2-win team again this year.

49ers resigned Alex Smith for this exact purpose.

Andrew Luck should have went pro last year ... his stock could drop just like Jake Lockers did. Not wishing anything bad against Andrew Luck but that was a stupid decision to turn down being #1 draft pick.

Agree. Look what happened to Matt Leinart. Staying in school probably cost thim about 30 Million. However, with the rookie wage in place Luck will not lose as much if he drops. Got to figure he's got an insurance policy on those knees.

could still be #1 draft pick, and now he gets a full offseason with the team that drafts him.

He didn't lose all that much not being the #1 this year due to rookie salary pay scale.

                    49ers.

With him being the starting QB, again, I think the coach is after his old QB Luck.

                      Very good point.
The only argument I can try to make is that the division is so weak, that Frisco gets too many wins and he doesn't get down to the 49ers pick.

Cincinnati should be the front runner here.
They're looking at 2 wins all year.

Buffalo isn't too bad of a pick to win the Luck sweepstakes.

MY crazy little pick for winner of the Andrew Luck sweepstakes might be Denver.
If Oakland can 'tred a little water' in the west, Denver may go winless in that division.
That town already hates Kyle Orton.
They will hate Tim Tebow as soon as they figure out he can't play in the NFL.
John Elway, a Stanford alum, would love to have another Stanford alum fix that team.

Seahawks, 49ers and Bengals could get Luck.
