Raiders draft Pryor in round 3
Pryor has zero chance of playing qb this year. A major project down the road. He was only impressive as a open field runner at Ohio State. His running style will not work against NFL defenses. Position switch is gauranteed.

The Oakland Raiders selected former Ohio State quarterback Terrelle Pryor with a third-round pick in Monday's supplemental draft, a league source told ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter.
Oakland picked Pryor with the 18th selection in the third round. By selecting Pryor, the Raiders now will not pick in the third round of the 2012 draft.
The NFL allowed Pryor into the draft last week with the caveat that he wouldn't be allowed to practice for the team that selected him until Week 6. The quarterback would have faced a five-game suspension had he stayed at Ohio State.
Pryor's agent, Drew Rosenhaus, told The Associated Press on Thursday that "we accept that voluntarily." But the player's attorney, David Cornwell, told ESPN Radio on Friday that it was "likely" the five-game punishment would be appealed once Pryor signed an NFL contract.
Pryor said Saturday there would be no appeal.
"I'd like to thank the commissioner, Mr. (Roger) Goodell, for giving me the opportunity to play in the NFL," he said. "It's a dream of mine to play quarterback here. We will not appeal. I'll serve (the suspension), along with my senior Buckeye buddies, because I did a wrong thing when I was young and I must serve it."

Not to sure what to make of this kid. All I know is that Oakland is gonna pay him 2 millions and 500,000 signing bonus. He's making less money as a pro then when he played at Ohio St.

Never say zero when Al Davis is involved........He starts in week 8, 9 or 10. Davis will do anything to prove how smart/right he is.

I'm on the opposite side here. I believe Pryor will become a very reliable QB shortly. I wouldn't go as far as saying elite, but quality without question.
I can't say I'm shocked Davis was the one to give him a shot whether it be at QB or not. He has size and is very mobile for being 6-5+ and 260. Don't count him out so quickly.

I saw your post after I posted here. I agree with you 100%. Most people don't evaluate on their own- they just watch the freaking news to much.
