Patriots always bring in big name players, then cut them. John Lynch was there a week, and Tory Holt was cut quickly last season.

Roster spots are at a premium on this squad, if the player is hungry enough and produces, he'll probably stick. Belichick is ruthless, he'd cut his own mother, it doesn't matter what you did in the past, it's about what can you do for me now. Legends don't win championships, hungry players do.
