buy the hook just for safety. this is an awesome line and im glad the public's perceptoin on st louis being a top tier team has moved this line in a favorable way for me to buy the hook for cheap. i think philadelphia is headed for big things this year and will come out flying. st louis couldnt even beat seattle last year when their season was on the line. they have gotten a little better but heck, so has philly. these two teams arent in the same league for now, and i'll take philly by a field goal easy.

love this play. oakland will be without louis murphy which eliminates a huge threat and will leave campbell struggling in the passing game. denver has a solid defense this year and with orton game managing and a tough road spot at mile high on monday night, campbell and the raiders will fold

this might be the only time the entire season i back buffalo. i dont think tyler palko can get the job done against a legit defense. he struggled to make a CFL team for Gods sake. i feel hes being thrown into the wolves and i think buffalo will be fired up to cause a week 1 upset on the road. in a matchup which is more or less a tossup, i like the bills with the edge at quarterback tonight, with fitzpatrick looking in good rhythm.

people think diego struggled last week? umm, no. if it wasnt for percy harvins touchdown return on the opening kickoff san diego wouldve blown minny out. this defense is quick ,fiery and hungry and will put pressure on brady all day. the pats will find themselves down on the scoreboard for once and with san deigo's weapon filled offense and a healthy unit looking to prove the haters wrong in the underdog roll against the heavy favourite to win the afc, look for san diego to send a message to the NFL. not only will they make life difficult for new england, they will win this game striaght up on the back of a good defence keep pace with new england toe to toe until finally the hunger gets a passionate rivers and fired up chargers squad over the line

san fran played terrible last week. alex smith is a terrible qb and quite frankly no match for tony romo. dallas is hell bent at the loss they suffered last week and will look to punish the 9ers . i smell blowout


CLEVELAND BROWNS -2 -130

the browns are being thrown into the terrible category already but the truth is they are a decent football team that suffered 2-3 minutes of boneheadedness last week that cost them the game. also , it began raining at the worst time. i look for the browns to come out angry and take it out on kerry collins. quite frankly, cleveland is a much better team than people think and they will defeat indy without a doubt.

ARIZONA +4 -105

the cards fumbled in the red zone twice and missed a field goal. nonetheless they came out on top last week. kevin kolb was throwing accurrate bullets all over the field and has proved that he is the real deal. the cards offense resembled the cards of a few years ago behind warner for the first time in a long time, last week. with one gunslinger vs another in grossman (who im a big fan of, ironically), i expect kolb to come out on top. and even if washington edges arizona out, a field goal game would give us the cover.

michael vick , does he really need any extra motivation? the best team in the NFC will once again likely prove their worth against a team that isnt quite up to gear enough to go toe to toe with a heavyweight. the line reflects the 'home field advantage' that atlanta usually capitalizes on. i dont think vick will care about that tonight.
