Riggs has been a great-hitting capper here on SBR for 2 years or more. He also did a weekly online radio show with his NFL capping partner, Maxlock.

This year, however, he has decided to charge a membership fee for all the work, research & writeups he does on a weekly basis, again with Maxlock.

I don't think SBR allows the posting of links on here (at least in THIS thread), but if you did a Google search on Riggs plays, it may pop up.

I have not yet decided whether to buy the NFL membership (even though he includes the NCAA season at no extra charge).

But - you asked, and that's the answer.

On the Covers website, there's someone on the forum that got 17-1 ATS in the regular season, last season. He's the best handicapper for that site, he only picks one play per week.

Yup - he is. You must be a fellow subscriber. Me too. Good thing I made my $55 back a long while ago. However, NFL should be totally different. Not sure if I'll find out.
