I'm thinking about to start bookin NFL and NCAAF and was wondering what the average startup bankroll is.

Depends on the betting level of your clients. If you doing a little college popcorn operation, try to figure what your handle for each weekend would be and multiply that by ten. So if you expected 3000 over round, I would say to be safe with a bankroll of 30,000.
