they have been over 10 million under the cap the last few years. they let a host of players walk and saved a few million just with letting akers go and drafting a kicker in the 4th round.

the team's cap was built around mcnabb's mammoth contract for so long, we're finally reaping the rewards of getting out of that thing.

as far as the actual money, they sell out every game since the new stadium was built. and everyone in that stadium is wearing a green jersey, with a green hat......
