The bucs continue the rebuild or fall? I think 8 wins is all they can expect - I personally think the owners spending money on a soccer franchise has cost the bucs.

They surprised me last year finishing 8-8 and making some noise in the NFC playoff race. So anything less than an 8-8 season would be considered a disappointing season in Tampa.
