        the Eighth Circuit is about to miscarry justice in a decidedly activist way by claiming that a decertified union can be forced to stay a union.

          Everyone knows that the "non-union" is acting in a union manner, i.e. just another tactic. The 8th just called them on it. These are still two monopolies fighting each other, and you're over paying for it as it always happens when cartels are allowed to function.

              The players have lost 2 decisions in a row. If they wait until they get their court date on june 3rd, they're going to lose 3. They will have no leverage. It's time to fire De Smith, get ALL of the lawyers out of the room and get to work.
              Sad thing is, nothing will happen until June 3. The players think they can pull out a miracle in a conservative court like the 8th. Haha.
