the Seahawks have signed Rocky Bernard to a 3 year, $13 million dollar deal including a $5.4 million dollar bonus and Warrick to a 1 year, $1 million dollar deal.
Both of these signing are very solid. Neither of those contracts is overpriced nor do they involve too much of a cap hit. Both players are good players who will contribute to the team and provide some continuity from last year. With Rocky sticking around that will give the D-line some stability and my belief that if a group of players (mainly O or D-line) stick together for an extended period of time they become much stronger than their individual talents would dictate.
Now if they can add Julian Peterson (who is suppose to visit) you have the makings of a very.. very good front 7.
