First, he won't be there when Dallas drafts, I'm most certain.
Second, should he BE there, it's a good gamble. To be honest, Romo is one of the most overrated QBs in the league. With a worn out O line, his ability is being shown. Dallas has a top pick this year, Romo is a big reason why. I'm not certain about Newton's ability in the NFL, but Romo, for certain, is bottom-middle of the line. Sure he's an NFL starter, but he's way over-regarded only because he plays for Dallas and is coddled too much by the media. He deserves an dickton of credit for Dallas' collapse.

First off back in the years the Cowboys won they won with one of the best offensive lines in football. Along with a solid defense in a shut down corner in Deion Sanders. You put Romo with that talent Dallas wins multiple super bowls clowns just like Aikman. Romo has played under one of the worse offensive lines in football. One that got him and Kitna nearly killed last season. Cam Newton is a joke something this Cowboys team does not need. Newton never took a snap under center idiot he ran a spread offense like Tebow. Now i will give you if Andrew Luck was coming out i would consider him if i was the Cowboys. But this team needs help right away on defense and offensive line or defensive line. QB is not the problem in Dallas Romo is one of the top qb's in the league. Man so many ignorant fans that just don't know the game tough to read threads like this.
