MINNEAPOLIS -- Vikings great Carl Eller faces multiple charges including DUI, resisting arrest and assaulting an officer after he was arrested in North Minneapolis early Wednesday.
Minneapolis police pulled Eller over after driving erratically. Eller then reportedly refused a breathalizer test, which led to a physical confrontation that left one officer with facial injuries. He was taken to Hennipen County Jail.
Eller was previously arrested for DUI and speeding in Feb. 2006 after driving 100 mph on highway 394 in Golden Valley.
