i wonder if they have to go to next year's superbowl or if they get a ticket can they sell it on stubhub?

i would guess a majority of these people had a team in the game so i would want to be able to sell the ticket for a nice payday because you know the NFL isn't going to put them is shitty seats.

they said they made out nicely... which i doubt... are people forgetting that they probably didn't pay 800 bucks for the tickets,, soo there probably only just getting there money back if that... plus if you liked the steelers or packers, and then next year your watching the texans and the rams you wont exactly be too happy about that

What about people who bought tickets through sites like stubhub and paid 5x face value? What about travel and lodging expenses? What if they're Steelers or Packers fans that wanted to see their team in the Superbowl?

No way. What if you were a pack fan? You would have missed your team's first SB victory in 14 years. Even if they made it back next year it wouldnt be the same. However, there has been a new NFC participant every year for the past 10 years so slim chance that happens...

It is a bad situation and the NFL better make sure it never happens again, but it seems that they made the best of a bad situation.
