They will lose a ton of money, because everybody who takes Green Bay -3 will push and everybody who got Green Bay at -2.5 or better or buys it down to -2.5 will win, and everybody who takes Pittsburgh +3 will push and everybody who buys it up to +3.5 will win. That would be the bookmakers' worst nightmare!

Looking at the Super Bowl line history, it's interesting to note that when the line was 3, the underdog won outright 4 of the 6 times. All 6 games were decided by double digits. Not really statistically significant, but still interesting.
