Can't lose bet?

I have a friend who put a wager during the last round of the NFL, choosing Green Bay and Philadelphia to win the superbowl. Putting $20 on each team both paying +1200, so if either won he would have profited $220, now it looks like the Packers may have a chance. But I'm just trying to work out the best way to back up the bet and make it a can't lose bet. All i've come up with so far is to wager $16 on the bears to win on the weekend at +150 for a return of $40 to to cover initial bets. Any thoughts??

add these bets

back the bears for $37.57 at +592

back the steelers for $88.44 at +194

back the jets for $48.69 at +434

all these bets will guarentee u a profit of $65, not huge but free money
