I was incredibly drunk for that week 3 bears game so I don't remember it too well. A lot of people talk about this game as one of the Bears lucky wins this year because of all the penalties. I'm curious to see what kind of penalties these were. I don't know if the Packers just played a sloppy game or the Bears and the crowd forced the Packers to take these penalties.
