    tell me why?
why are the cowboys going after Pacman so aggresivly? He was ONCE a good DB but hasnt played in a while and might be out of shape. Hes also just such a risk at this point and they are treating him like gold...any thoughts?

He would fit in well with Tank and TO.

2pacman would be a premium player with a bright future if he could ever get his head on straight. Sadly, the stench of gangster is too baked-in on this dude. Trouble will find him even if he doesn't go looking for it. Even so, he's shown no signs of wanting to walk the line. Jerry Jones is a maniac if he wants to poison his team chemistry with this dude.

Kids a top 5 db Easy in terms of on the field performance, but its risky as hell in terms of whether not he will be able to play due to his behavior

But if you look at it as a 4th or 5th round pick you could go through draft to draft and pull out players who didnt pan out in the first. Mathamatically odds get worse of a player panning out as you go through the rounds

Keep the pick get a players not necisarily ready to step in right away and who may not even make the cut or the practice squad, then again there is still the chance he will be great

Trade the pick get pacman, who imo if he plays like he did for Ten would be the best player on that defense, and instantly improve your defense whose weekness proved to be secondary play. D line blitz made the secondary look better then it was, but anytime a qb got time it showed. Risk here being the behavoir issue.

Set up the contract so he has to play and has to stay out of all and any kind of trouble or he gets min money and hes gone.

Personaly gota say its worth the risk, and i also hope it blows up in their face. Go Bills

According to what i've been reading Pacman still doesn't have his attitude in check so the Cowboys are backing off.

Dallas would be crazy to sign him. They already have one ticking time bomb, and TO is only a mental case. Pacman is a borderline criminal.

For longterm stability you have to choose character guys. If you don't, you end up paying the price, especially without a strict disciplinarian coach.

Sounds like Dallas has him signed & sealed, just dot the I's and cross the T's.

Say what you will about Jerry Jones, but he does it HIS way.

He's got top 10 corner talent but is still very green. He DOES ball hawk very well, though and generates turnovers, which is huge. He's got great speed and great recovery. His kick return ability is top 5 in the league even if he lost a step... The guy is just a playmaker.

I don't think he's as big of a risk as other people may. He's not the only NFL player going to strip clubs and getting into fights - he was just dumb and got caught. Although, he should've done time for what he and his crew did when they were 'making it rain' in vegas. He beat the snot out of a stripper - definitly wouldn't want him on my team...
But his talent... The boy can just flat out play. It's a great risk if he's in the right situation.
