Pittsburgh and Baltimore both finished 12-4 in the regular season and scored 27 points apiece in their two meetings, each winning by a field goal on the other's home field. Five of the seven meetings over the past 28 months have been decided by three points, one by four and the other nine -- that courtesy of Troy Polamalu's late interception return in the 2009 AFC championship game that sent the Steelers to their seventh Super Bowl.
Ravens +13.5
Steelers +7.5
After that you can many ways with your next pick.
Here's some of the intriguing options:
Pats +.5
Jets +20.5
Seahawks +21.5
Bearss -.5
Packers +11.5
Falcons +9.5
Pats/Jets o34 or u55
Hawks/Bears o31.5 or u51.5
Packers/Falcons o33 or u54
Ravens/Steelers o26.5 or u47.5
My favorite choice for the 3rd leg of the teaser would be:
Jets & Patriots over 34
In all 16 of the Patriots games this year the total has gone over 34 points every time. The total has gone under 40 points just once this year (34-3 win over Bills in wk 16).
In 17 Jets games this year the total went over 34 in 13 of the games. I expect this game to be high scoring with the high powered quick Patriots offense on the other side.
The need to buy it to 10.5 is important so you can get the whole numbers of 7 and 13 in the Steelers game.
Also, if you are able to go with four teams for a better value (+128 on my 5Dimes) I would recommend using the Packers +11.5. That should also hit with ease.
