Haha I cringed when you compared Vince to Russell. Russell is straight garbage, I don't think Vince is a bad QB, but I don't think he'll be able to lead a franchise to the playoffs, unless he gets an overload of help.

Jeff Fisher is 2-5 in the playoffs since 2000. 5-6 if you add the SB season. 2-6 without the Music City Miracle.
