Best man, I'm pressing this streak, boss. I think we've got it. I had Green Bay and St. Louis in my analysis but Houston is definitely all you and now I can see why.

Did you guys realize Seattle's games have gone over for 7 straight weeks? I hit them for 4 in a row before last, and stayed away, but they went over again!

With Whitehurst and the type of game this week, I wouldn't touch, but wouldn't be surprised again. He's not bad but the whole game? I agree, I doubt it. Totals are too tricky in week 17.

I'll come back with my weekend picks in a few. Doing final analysis right now.

I still like Houston -3 for a few of these reasons..It's been reported Gary Kubiak will still coach the Texans next year. The players seem to like him. This is Houston's last home game and even though they won't be in the playoffs they'll be out in full force to beat the Jags team that beat them on that last desperation heave. That lose, although it was in the middle of the season, essentially collapsed the entire season for Houston. They were never the same team after that lose, losing a majority of their games. Jacksonville is towards the bottom of the league in pass defense and I expect Schaub and Co to shred this D.

Add in the fact that David Garrard and Jones Drew will not play this game. These are two of the teams offensive leaders. I don't see them scoring over 20 points even against a bad Texans defense. This is a "must win" game for the Jags, they can still make the playoffs with a win and an Indy lose. The same "must win" situation failed the Jags last week as they couldn't beat an inferior team with issues on defense and Rex Grossman as Qb.

This line started out Houston +2.5 but quickly adjusted to Houston -3 as news of David Garrard not playing were released. Take Houston -3 with confidence.

St. Louis is just better. Period. Talk about horrible defenses? Like I said, there's a reason SEA was over 7 straight weeks.

And as far as the teaser goes, the only game out of GB, STL, and Houston that i would tease would be GB to lower the spread to -3 and Indy - the points and/or Cincy + the points with the 7 point teaser.

Yes, not sure which I'm gonna play tomorrow, if Fla. St holds on this will be amazing. The only play I really recommend (maybe the only one I'm betting) is Oklahoma -16.5.

My picks for the other games, if interested, are:

Wisconsin +3
Texas Tech -9
Miss St. -3.5
Alabama -9.5
Penn State +7

Wish i wouldve followed your advice. I had the opposite side on all three games. Not a good day for me. I AM on those NFL plays though. Hope the streak continues. BOL.

Looks like Andre Johnson is out for HOU, he is opting to have surgery on one of his body parts. Does this change your outlook at all on the game?

I obviously only was letting it fly on Oklahoma tonight, but if you played the others you went 3-2 and had a horrible '80 yard pick 6 with 1 minute remaining' bad beat for Florida to win and cover 37-24. The record should have been 4-1.
