Im really tryin to find a way that cincy will it close today and all that ive come up with is that the chargers dont show up mentally... Rivers with all but one weapon playing vs prolly the next worse secondary to the cowboys... Palmer vs pressure speed and athleticism... SD should win all 3 phases of this game... Add the factor that they NEED this game... This should be a rout!!!

As for original question by OP, I put Bengals chances or winning outright at around 15%, and even that figure may be optimistic.
