Is the smart money really on Oakland?

I understand that many are backing Oakland because of this line, but come on could you really lay money on the Raiders, in a must win game for Peyton Manning? This game seems like it has blow-out written all over it for Indy, I mean come on this game isn't an even matchup. Peyton Manning will find a way to win, I mean thats what he has been doing his whole career, no may I will lay my money on a team that has half the wins in the last 4 years combined than Peyton Manning has had in just one season.
Colts -2.5 is the "smart" play

Even tough recent history, this year they are #3 and #4 in points scored as a team.
Also, the interceptions Manning has suffered, and the fact than Aso is regarded as a premier CB is making this line small.
I'm not touching this game, because I'm a huge Raiders fan.
