I bet the under on the Bears/Vikes games this morning. Lesson learned wait until game time if weather is going to be your primary factor for bet decision. The bad weather didn't show up during game time and my bet looked terrible.

You must be a young guy to just be learning that lesson... stop in my service plays thread...I predicted everything from Favre getting hurt and leaving the game to the complete slaughter and the bears scoring at least 24...looks more like 41-48 unless they take it easy on this pitiful defense!

Yea, bad weather can effect the D just as much as the offense. A lot more missed tackles and turnovers can put a team in great field position. Seems like games go way under or way over the total in bad weather games

Common misconception is that teams can't score in bad weather.
It's actually the opposite more often than not, because the defenses are backpedaling on bad surfaces and on their heels the whole game.
Bad-weather overs hit a lot -- well, these days, overs hit a lot period.

This has been my most successful season betting overs in NFL and NCAA.
