Dallas is -9 at most places. If you can tease them down to -2.5, it looks solid! -3 is okay, any more than that and there's no value.

you can get Oakland -1.5 and Atl at +1/1.5/2 depending on your book

That's true, I don't expect New York to win outright, but I'll take 10.5 points with one of the best defenses in the league against a struggling offense! This will likely be a low scoring close game! 17-14 Pittsburgh or something like that!
