I think it looks like it could happen, I would worry most about the Steelers/Jets going over. If Denver can score on the Raiders and get that over you might be getting there. Get past those two and I give you 40%!

It will be interesting to watch and see how this play works out. I would have to say that the chances of this hitting are well below the 1 in 7 chances you estimate. I am not positive, but I think the chance of this hitting approximates .05%, something like 1 in 2000
