How does tie breaker work in for playoffs?

Im a huge Colts fan...so supposely if the Colts win out and the Jags win all cept the colts game. They will have same record...same divisional record....each would have a win against each other. How would the Colts win the tie breaker? One of the anouncers mentioned this.
