Over or Under 37.5 NE vs CHI snow high winds

So the total has dropped down to 37.5. They are saying a ton of snow is there. High winds over 20 mph. Just saw the field and there is a ton of snow on it! So does it say under or over?

Tough call. I would probably stay away.
Pats could still score 28 in the snow...if you think the Bears can score some too, go for the over.
