How in the world is Carolina only 7 point underdogs?

How is Carolina only 7 point underdogs to a 9-2 team? They were 13 point underdogs in week 2 to Baltimore before people saw that they suck. Someone explain what bookmakers are thinking. Remember Carolina is 1-5 ATS at home so please dont tell me that they are at home so that is why the line is so low. They should be double digits underdogs right?

I think there's a trap element with Atlanta coming off the big TB win and the belief that Matt Ryan, along with Atlanta is not the same team on the road. I'll be on Atlanta though. I'm not even sure Carolina is trying to win anymore after the Seattle game last week and may be gunning the the Luck pick.

i think a small play on carolina ML has value.....line is low...seems like a trap
