Hearing now it's official that Vikings and Giants will play on Monday night instead of Sunday. Favre's SC joint gets another day. Judd Zulgad covers the Minnesota Vikings and writes the Access Vikings blog.

The NFL has moved this weekend's game between the New York Giants and Minnesota Vikings to Monday night because of a blizzard that hit Minneapolis.

well you do kinda need both teams there to play. Mr. Nina is up in St. Cloud this week and that is one unhappy, cold southern boy.

they dont know the time yet but it would be pretty sweet if we had two games in a row. i'm guessing that there would be contract violations between nfl and espn if they tried to air a game on another channel at the same time as the regular mnf...that would definitely hurt the ratings.

now favre gets an extra day of rest, so he can play and make sure the giants cover 2.5

there is only so much I can do to warm him up while I am in Alabama. He did learn one valuable lesson. When they say not to park on the right side, they mean it.

couple times i believe. wildfires in san diego im pretty sure pushed one their sun games to mon and katrina pushed saints game to mon nt

It'll probably be an MNF doubleheader. Play the Giants/Vikings game at 730 and the Baltimore/Houston game at 1030.

No way they move the Houston game that far back. If anything they will play Minnesota game at like 5:30 and keep the Houston game at same time

The Giants minnesota game will be telivised in Minnesota and New York markets only

This has happened before I remember a cheifs dolphins game like 7 or 8 years ago that got postponed to monday night

They should just do what the Red Zone channel does and skip back and forth to whichever game has a more important play coming up. Advertisers might not be too happy but viewers would be thrilled.

They at least will be grading the vikings/giants as no action. Which sucks because it lowers my teasers/parlays..
