Anyone here dislike watching football games in a dome?

Though i like watching the Colts play, i absolutely hate it when they play their games at home because they play in a dome. Like last week when the Chargers came to play the Colts in the sunday night football game of the week, it was played at Indy in their dome. I just feel like the atmosphere isn't that good in a dome as if it was outside.

I mean when the Patriots play the Colts, its such a great thing to watch when its played in N.E. The same with the Saints. Games just don't look that good on tv when its played in a dome. I mean even Dallas games are pretty much in a dome and their game today in Indy was just horrible in terms of watching the game.

The sunday night football game tonight between the Steelers and Ravens looks so good because its being played outside.

Anyone else here dislike football games played in domes? Colts, Saints, Falcons, Cowboys, Vikings and the Rams are the only teams that play in a dome. However, 5/6 teams are considered good teams in a normal season. Anyone think the Saints or Colts fans dislike having their team playing in a dome?

Agreed.

Only dome games I enjoy are the SEC championship and then the Peach Bowl...

I enjoyed the '99 Sugar Bowl, but for selfish reasons.

Only dome I can think of where I consistently enjoyed watching the games played in it were the Carrier Dome back when Syracuse was good.

You have to go to a dome as a fan when it's 20 degrees or 100 degrees outside to appreciate how good a dome is.

Was there a few weeks ago to watch the Pack run childress out of town. Horrid place, nice fans though.

Too bad the taxpayers bought the Twins and Gophers nice new stadiums, cause the vikes need it the most. Felt bad for the ladies, the line for the bathroom was longer than Favre's passing yardage total for the day.

Even the rams games when they were the greatest show on turf wasn't that fun watching at st. louis compared to when they played outside.

The fans will have it a lot better in LA once they become the LA Vikings, it's gonna happen. It's a shitty deal, ever since Zygi bought the team he's had an open checkbook and the same goes for a new stadium.

Dome games sux. There's no unpredictability in the game, since you can't use the elements as an excuse for you sucking or winning by luck.
