Couldn't agree more. I added STL to my card as soon as the line opened. Beyond the matchup, STL is 8-3 ATS and ARI is 3-8. I'm surprised by this line..

Two lines have me befuddled this week - this one and the Saints only -6.5 over Cincinnati.

I hate betting on public favorites with a passion, but I would not go against either of those two.

this line is beacsue the rams have trouble winning on the road. They finally got a road win denver. I think plenty of sharps bet again st the rams on the road. The books set the line. I think you should take the rams though. but that is the raeson for the line.

and what was the advantage last week against the 49ers? 49ers were winless on the road and blew them out

I think Rams are a more consistent and better coach team then the 49ers, there win against the Broncos last week will give that young team some confidence.
They are battling for the lead in there divison i dont see them having a let down here.
+ if Brian Westbrook can still run 100yds on that swiss cheese defense, i think Steven Jackson can do the same..

It might be a square pick but Rams big time here

It is incredible to me that the masses jump on teams just in time to lose.
If the number is good enough for the house , why isn't it good enough for you?
If one team is 8-3 ATS and another is 3-8 ATS do you really think you are playing with a line that gives you an edge?
Arizona was -3 @ St. Louis and now +3 1/2 at home in the division.
Does not matter who wins THIS particular game, but overall,this backwards way of thinking will generate losses on a regular basis.
No team is as good or bad as they looked at there best or worst.
Remember Jacksonville on Monday night at home to Tennessee about a month ago?
How has fading Jack. worked out?
A new strategy is desperately needed if road favs are viewed as solid plays.
Guys, this is not IMO but an absolute.
This way of thinking is a train wreck waiting to happen.
