Help me understand the SBRforum stats real quick

So these are the matchups on the SBRforums. Click on the percentages of the Broncos/Chiefs game. So... I assume the %'s are the amount of bets placed for that team. What I don't get is... the line has moved 3.5 points, making the Broncos even more of an underdog, but the percentages of people betting on them has only increased since the line opened. Does that mean that the "big money sharps" are betting the Chiefs and the public is betting the Broncos?

I'm thinking about just putting a small bet on Broncos ML at +370.

Yes it's called reverse line movement pays about 65% of the time put a couple filters on it and pay attention to key numbers and it jumps to 80%
