I agree that BOTH teams are not as good as their records indicate. I do like Atlanta to cover the -3 but I wouldn't take it at -3.5.

I think the better pick in this game is the UNDER. UNDER 44. May make it an official pick in my thread will have to keep an eye on the line movement.

A more detailed thread was started yesterday about this game with some good stats. Tampa's best win was St Louis. Atlanta has three solid wins. Baltimore, Green Bay and NO.
Has Tampa beat a team with a winning record yet? Anything can happen in the NFL but Atlanta has cashed many times this year for me so I'm going to ride with them until they lay an egg.

Tampa is a fraud team plain and simple. The only reason why the first meeting was close was b/c the Falcons went to sleep. Won't happen again.

Tampa has yet to beat a team with a winning record. By the way Atlanta's record is 9-2. Its going to be tough for the Bucs to win straight up in this one. Falcons know they can't let this game get away from them.

division rivals....falcons are a great team....very well-rounded with good leadership....insane pass rush, good receivers, good qb, 2-prong running attack, redzone threats.....they cant really afford to lose.

and apparently the bucs have only beaten one team with a winning record so far.

and i think flockos mostly talking about the guys who say the falcons are not good....im positive those guys have watched them play less than 3 times this season (whether they'd admit it or not). these guys are really hard to beat.

The Tampa weather should not be a factor. If anything,in case of wind/rain...that would favor the Atlanta running game. I can see Atlanta laying an extra point if the forecast looks like it will rain on Sunday. I could be wrong,but the games I have watched Tampa play this year have been won by the deep ball to Williams. (IE: the home run ball)

That is correct. I was also talking about the guy who said he likes the falcons at -3, but he wouldn't play it at -3.5.... really? really? why even bet that if you don't think they can win by more than a field goal? And for the record, I like the falcons (-3)
