Who Dat Thanksgiving Day gift from Vegas
    Saints are only -3.5
you must be joking, Las Vegas. You need a team on the field that is capable of
beating the Superbowl Champs. a field goal ? Saying that allowing 3 points home field, makes NO only a 6.5 favorite ? JOKE ?? NO ???

The Cowboys didn't even beat the Giants. The Giants beat themselves
just like they did last game at Philly. Giants are choke artists.
They hold the ball about as strong as Betty White !
Lions ? what ? eeking past the Lions counts for something ? is that
what the standard has been reduced to ?

Reggie Bush is likely to return here, and Pierre Thomas.
The Saints are fighting tooth and nail for their division with Tampa Bay
and Atlanta ! They NEED this game BADLY at 7-3 and are also carrying
    momentum.

I think the public loves the Cowboys "America's Team" yada yada
and loves the daft hope that this Dallas team is worth anything more
than blowing it completely up and keeping maybe 12 starters. Throw in
some "Jason Garrett is the next Tom Landry" bongside chats, why don't ya ?

Just get outta here Cowboy bettors. Out of your freakin minds ?

WHO DAT Thanksgiving Day spread to be thankful for ?

Heaviest public bet tomorrow is New England.

I wouldn't be surprised if Detroit back doors here. Faithful Patriots fans know that no lead of theirs is safe on the road (see: last season) and take a look at last week too. Their defense just is not right.

The Lions are scrappy and can keep it close. They've been scrappy all year.

I am in big on the Saints too. The Cowboys are getting some love here for that Giants game (which I agree the Giants beat themselves) and for their win against the Lions. I really like the Saints passing defense to get some turnovers on Kitna. I just overall love the Saints here. I see Brees killing the suspect Dallas secondary. Dez Bryant frightens me a little, but I still love the Saints play here. I wrote this in another thread:

      ---------------------------------

I like the Saints a lot here. Gut feeling, but I like em here and I see Garrett getting his first loss here. I think Dallas has a really suspect secondary and Brees should kill em in the passing game. It's as simple as this- Saints are an elite NFC team. Cowboys are one of the worst in the league. I think people are liking the Cowboys here based off of the last two weeks, but I think that plays into them being overrated and affecting this line which I think is pretty generous. Saints defense is looking good, I still think Kitna sucks, and I just like Williams gameplanning against this Cowboys offense.

Shockey looks like he will be out, but it also seems that Sharper and Jenkins are back which is HUGE and will really hurt the Cowboys chance of moving the ball since the Saints are already 2nd ranked in pass defense. I think it comes down to the Saints being an elite NFL team and the Cowboys not being that good. Saints have been getting better each week it seems since a slow start and they should bury the Cowboys here. Key phrase being THEY SHOULD bury them. Who knows what will happen tho, always unpredictable. Bush might be back, but I am not banking on that since they will probably limit his time if he plays.

I do think the home field advantage can help the Boys here, but if the Saints come out and get a few quick scores, the home field advantage means nothing.

On the site I go to which tracks Vegas bets, 88% is on Saints, 12% on Dallas. Lol. Square bets are the play sometimes, though

I suppose I'm just a betting n00b, but I just cannot fathom how even if someone has sound logic and is making the correct decision on the most likely outcome, he is somehow a shitty better if he sides with 'the public'.

If JoeyCashMoney were to give an argument simply of: 'I am betting on Saints because the public is betting Saints' then I would understand, but calling him a 'square tool' when his analysis simply came to the same conclusion that the majority of folks independently came to... I guess I just don't understand.

hey kid, just go play with the little girls. who the f do you think you are ?
i've been here a lot longer than you and have a rep as a solid capper.
you come in with 69 posts and insult me ?

and your assumption about what i said is also dead wrong.
I can see you're going to do very well,
just another SBR wannabe who thinks he's on the "sharp" play when
the dinky internet site you use says the public is "on" one game.
Kid I been doing this a long time. Those dinky sites are garbage. The real numbers are never revealed. They are on the street especially on Holiday
                games like this.

Show some respect.. don't come in here as a noob and insult your betters.

and by the way - if you knew anything at all about NFL as I do having bet on it for freakin 24 years now, probably since before you were born, you would know that betting on the home team on Thanksgiving Day is what everyone does
who bets with street bookies who call in the overruns.
You have no idea how many homers out there are hammering I mean hammering Dallas - recreational bettors. Those numbers are never reflected in the offshore
                dinky sites you look at.

I dont consider myself a handicapper or a pro or anything like that. I really just go off my gut every week and I am plus money big time this year. Thing about the Cowboys is they are getting some serious love for what they ahve done the past two weeks. It is time for Garret's first loss. That Cowboys secondary will not be able to contain Drew Brees and if Bush does make it back, that is HUGE for the Saints. It looks like Sharper will be playing also which is great for that Saints pass defense which should eat Kitna up.

Saints are a legit Super Bowl contender this year. Legit Super Bowl contenders win these games. The line could move up to aorund 5.5 and it would not surprise me. Still, I was thinking this line to be more around 7, so when I saw it at 3.5 I jumped all over it, and it seems most of America did the same, lol. Like usual, best of luck to everyone tomorrow!

I'm all over the Saints here too... so they beat the struggling Gmen and the Lions, NO is a whole different animal at this point. I'd probably be on them at anything less than a TD. BOL!

And Saints backers are flipping out about Reggie Bush.

Sometimes I lose a bet, and I question my logic about making it in the first place... this is not one of those bets.
