I completely agree with Balt -11.5

Third string QB who was sitting at home last week, third string RB, and a questionable Jon Beason against a Ravens team fighting for the division.

To me, this is the best play of the week.

I can see a 24-7 type game coming.

Both lines were much better earlier in the week. BAL -9 and SD -10. Putting them in 10 point teasers along with NO is equivalent to printing money.
