    Indy +3?
I think Peyton torches this young secondary, especially with a banged-up Patrick Chung. Indy might get back a few decent receivers in Blair White and Austin Collie. Peyton also 5-1 in his last 6 starts vs the Patsies. Lovin the Colts +3... thoughts?

I don't think he does enough to get them the win. The Colts haven't looked that great in the red zone, where this Pats D excels. And Tommy 3 Rings will have a field day with the Colts defense. Peyton usually finds a way to make it interesting, but I don't think they can keep up this week. If they were healthy, they would have a chance. Pats D has confidence though after shutting down the Steelers last week

Indy actually pretty solid on defense; horrible vs the run but NE can't run the ball anyways. NE's defense is 30th in the NFL vs the pass @ 278 yards a game! Pats are pretty high after that big game vs Pitt, and at home, but I'm lovin Peyton as the dog!

Don't take those numbers too seriously... they've given up a lot of garbage time yards and points (see: Bengals, Cincinnati, and Steelers, Pittsburgh).

And NE is actually running the ball pretty well... they were averaging over 4 YPC against the Steelers, and the number 1 (Benjarvis) was averaging almost 5. If they run the same offense as they did against the Steelers, which is focusing on short-medium passes and sprinkling in runs every 3rd or 4th play, they'll move up and down the field against the Colts.

I think Brady ties Favre for the home win streak this week

True, stats aren't everything... But if anyone can expose that young and inexperienced secondary, it's #18!

                Agreed there, 100%

If there's any QB I don't want to see the Pats face in the regular season, its Peyton. He's prob the only QB who could pull out the upset against the Pats with the injuries he's had to his receiving corps

5-1 L6, pretty good for Manning. But it is probably about time for the pendulum to start swinging the other way.

Remember how many times the Patriots smacked down the Colts before the series swung in the Colts favor?

Of course I am going to say NE. It is tough to beat them at home, even when they don't play well.

What is Brady's home win streak up to now? I initially thought the Colts would be the play here, but am afraid to go against such a win streak (Similar to Atlanta's vs Balt last week).

He was 2-10 in his previous 12 starts vs the Pats. Also, in all of his starts, only 2 of his wins were @ NE.

Throwing out all of the other angles, you need to explain why NE loses at home in this spot.

                              24. A win this week ties him with Favre at 25.

Despite the numbers (something like 16 TDs to 4 INTs), Manning just hasn't gotten the job done this year. He has failed to produce TDs quite a few times (see Kansas City game). Obviously it isn't all on him, he's lost half his receiving corps, but the backups just aren't scoring TDs consistently.

I don't see any way this Colts defense can stop the Pats at the Razor. Pats are the play

On the Pats myself. The colts have looked off on offense this year and that stems from their porous offensive line. Manning is getting hit more often this year, and missing Dallas Clark has been a killer for this team. I like the Pats to win pretty comfortably.

Maybe IND is the right play this weekend... but if you watched their last 2 games, especially vs CIN at home... I am not sure why anyone would be so confident. The only reason they beat CIN was because of their D. And a similar performance will not occur on the road, never has, never will... its a team Defense built on speed, utilizing the turf at home.
