Post the team that you know BEST & their biggest WEAKNESSES (to help all sbr cappers)
This is a thread to demonstrate the TYPE OF ATTRIBUTES TO LOOK FOR in the opposition when facing your team..

this will help all with their handicapping, at least a little bit. sometimes we dont know every one of the 32 teams in and out.

PLEASE CONTRIBUTE BY ADDING THE WEAKNESSES OF A TEAM YOU KNOW WELL. GOOD LUCK!

    TENNESSEE TITANS WEAKNESSES:

    1) gunslingers - tennessee loves to blitz and their cornerbacks LOVE to cheat and look for interceptions. in turn, they usually destroy teams with mediocre quarterbacks. however, if a gunslinger and quick decision maker like phillip rivers reads these cheating corners, he not only overcomes the blitz but he often exploits the secondary and as a result there are tons of big plays.

    2) teams with good safeties -vince young is a wonderful quarterback but sometimes leads the reciever to where he wants them to go, and in turn, if the safeties are talented, they can often put themselves in a position to make a play. look for good safeties when betting against the titans.

    3) dink and dunk offenses - examples are san deigo, new england, miami, etc..... teams that have running backs who are capable of making plays catching the ball on little dinks and dunks out of the backfield. furthermore, teams with a good TE often exploit the titans attacking defensive scheme. if you can put together those short routes agaisnt the titans and gets yards after catch, titans will struggle.

    4) afc opponenets outside own division - baltimore, pitts, san diego, miami, etc.... these types of teams give tennessee problems over the last couple of years becuase jeff fisher goes into conservative mode and that leads to losses in close games. if they open up the playbook (usually against NFC teams) the titans win.

    5) if kerry collins starts/ vince young is injured - titans usually lose

      Patriots-

      1) Defense has a bend-but-don't-break philosophy, so teams with decent passing games and good red-zone targets/playcalling can put up points on this team

      2) Strong pass rush- With Mankins back it might not be as easy to rush them, but Brady is best when given time. He can't evade rushes very well (outside the pocket, that is).

      3) Elusive players in the open field- Pats defense has an incredibly hard time in 1 on 1 tackling situations, especially in the open field. Even remotely agile backs (like Hillis) dominated once they got some space.

Eagles -Inability to cover a good pass catching tight end.
Big, skilled backs, are able to pick up 100 yds rushing a lot of the time and run past our heavy blitz schemes.
Horrendous time management by the coaching staff during close games (ex. no timeouts left in a fg game, 2 min drills)
                Extremely Banged up Offensive Line
No depth at the fullback position (Our playmaking fb, Leonard Weaver is out for the season) Enabling defenses to focus on our WR's, Rbs, and Vick b.c our line is so poor, our tight end, Celek must block more elminating him from being hit on check downs or many big plays by Vick.
