I'd go with Palmer. Dont think Favre will do much against Bear defense.

last minute decision literally (within 5 mins of kickoff), passed on both because of possible lingering injuries and picked up Garrard (Jax). It worked out Great.

Nice. 12 QBs passed for 300+ this weekend. I can't remember ever seeing that.
The constant NFL rule adjustments which favor the QB are finally starting to make every QB look like a stud.
