Is there a reliable site that gives a good indication as to who the public is on? I don't mean like covers because I think they only show you members are on so usually 1000 people or so.

Fair enough. I do read hundreds of threads, just thought it would be nice to see all the data together, like on covers etc.

        Vegas Insider is good too.....

        But I don't trust em.

        But they show line movements.

I was joking, I love how everybody else always talks about everybody else being the public...

Covers and Vegasinsider are OK, I mean you'll be able to see if there is an extreme amount of people on one side... You might actually want to fade the covers consensus if it's like 12 (experts) on one side and 2 on the other... they aren't really experts.

but lately I've been looking at the yahoo straight up pick em contest too to see what % of people think will win each game...

I mean when I look at percentages anyway, I just want to see how many people are on one side... it doesn't have anything to do with how much money people have. If 1 person bets 1,000 bucks on the Jets, and 10 people bet 100 bucks on the Browns it leads to the same thing right? And in General the guy with 1,000 bucks on the game matters more right? In general he probably knows more or is smarter etc. than the guys betting 100 bucks right? Yeah 1 rich guy could bet big on an unpopular play but in general you see my point right?

After a lot of experience you should be able to know before bets are even placed.
