A little early to speculate, but at this point, I think he is in the conversation. Don't think he can miss any more games in order to be a viable candidate. Like him or dislike him, hard to deny that this guy is playing tremendous football.

He's playing like it but he will never win it. The votes will split between the interesting candidates and Peyton Manning wins it. He has an absolutely sick arm, there were a couple plays where the ball got there before the camera. And now that he laid off the ganja and started studying, he knows where to point that bazooka.

I'm still can't get his terrible preseason out of my head. I'm waiting for the other shoe to drop on that INT free streak.

vick is having a good season ... but i agree manning is always in the chase and phillip rivers is a damn good qb too in my opinion

I agree that rivers is in the running if he turns his teams season around. The colts kinda seem like a little above average team though right now and manning again thought as asante Samuel was on his team again Sunday. I think that if Vick keeps getting 2 or 3 TDs per game, keeps the ints low, and rushes for 50-100 he will get moree votes than manning

I don't think he's even eligible for comeback player of the year. He played last season and was not injured.

He can. Brady played in week 1 before he was injured the year before he won it. And Tommy Maddox won it too he wasn't injured he was just selling mortgages.

Vick will be on IR before the season ends. Too much scrambling, he'll get taken out eventually. Has a player on IR ever won MVP?
