Pats. Jets offense is god awful, and their defense hasn't been as dominant as expected. Pats played like shit this weekend, but they have a history of winning when they need to.

This is how I see the NFL:
1. Jets: If Mark Sanchez plays like he did in Cleveland, watch out. The defense is one of the best in the league and the weapons on offense are amazing. Not to mention they have one of the best O-lines in football.
2. Patriots: Tom Brady and Bill Belichick, enough said. The defense may **** them come January I feel.
3. Steelers: Would be ranked #2 if it wasn't for the injuries. That defense is nasty but losing Aaron Smith is BRUTAL. The O-line is banged up, just too many injuries.
4. Colts: It's Peyton Manning, come on. I don't care about the injuries, as long as they have Addai for the playoffs, they can win the Super Bowl.
5. Titans: Vince Young wins football games. Chris Johnson AND Randy Moss? If Moss stops being a bitch and plays like Randy Moss, I don't see how you can beat this team. Their defense is nasty.Comment -

This is why Belichick has no problems letting guys go... he'll just plug someone in and in time the results will be the same if not better. After the first 4 weeks I thought the Steelers were going to be the team to beat in the NFL with Big Ben coming back. But then he actually came back and hasn't played well.
1. His decision making has not been good. His numbers look solid, but watching him says otherwise. Fumbles, missing open receivers etc...
2. That O-line sucked before the injuries. They are terrible now.
3. They should have lost in Miami, they didn't show up in New Orleans, allowed the Bengals to get back in the game and then got destroyed last night. They are lucky that they are not 4-5.
4. Smith is a huge loss for them, Keisel being hurt definitely doesn't help.
5. The defense shows their age in the 4th quarter.
I don't think they are the best team in the league as currently constituted.
With all that said, I don't think any team is the clear cut best at this point. I think we are in for a great final 7 weeks of unpredictable football.Comment -
When did I say I bet on them? You just made an ignorant comment in the post above. The loss to Cleveland was very predictable, young team that just came off big wins against teams with "marquee" names, going on the road to play a "2-5" team with no big names. The young guys found out that there are no Vanderbilts in the NFL, if you don't show up the other team will punch you in the face and knock you on your ass. It might of been the best the thing that happened to this Pats team.
23 guys on the Pats roster are either rookies or 2nd year players. But they must all suck because Belichick can't draft anymore, or at least that is what you told me.

this division is hard as hell becuase jets are playing solid as hell.
patriots have to have a better record than jets if they wanna win the division.
i think this week is going to be the ultimate test for patriots if they beat the colts they get a short week play thansgiving against lions which they will win and than get a super long week to play against the jets.
i know this sounds crazy but i just dont think patriots can continue winning week after week if they beat colts lions and jets they will be 10-2 best record in nfl hands down and most likly win the division and get a first round bye and home field advantage.
