he was never winning before, they put him in there because he is bafoon. if jerry thought he was a leader and could lead a team to a superbowl and is dumber than i thought.

Jerry Jones only keeps him because he's a pushover who doesn't backtalk when he wants to hog the attention. As for whether Phillips finds another job, why not? Norv Turner, Chan Gailey, Matt Millen, and AJ Smith managed to find jobs.

Wade Philips is too nice..."Nice guys always finish last". Even though i dont believe in it, unfortunately its true for Mr.Philips. His team will somehow manage to "TURNOVER" the house to the bank

I know he's said no moves until the end of the season, but CMON. After this embarrasment, wouldn't it be best now to get rid of him now.
