RLM on the COWBOYS +9 to +7
It looks like the public has been hitting the Cowboys hard this week driving the line down to 7. I'm thinking GB is the play at -7 but might wait until game time to see if I can get it at -6.5. Thoughts???

    Lou -

The line movement there is not reverse - the line is moving in the direction of the public play - not against it.

If the line goes to +6.5 then Dallas should be the play. 65% of the public is on Green Bay so the line moving in favor of Green Bay would be RLM.

RLM is when the line moves against what the public is betting. The public is pounding GB not DAL here yet the line is dropping.

Not true. This is RLM. 67% of the public is on GB but the line has moved from -9 to -7. Despite that, I still think GB -6.5 is a good play.

Thanks Blitz... The line movement doesn't make much sense but if it goes to GB -6.5 I will jump on it. Does anyone have any insight to why the line is moving the way that it is?

Could either be sharp money on DAL or the books threw a shit line out they knew the public would hit (GB) and are lowering it to get even more people on it. Kind of makes me think the books are feeling a DAL win here, and want to sucker more people in.

Not sure why though. GB at home on a Sunday night game against a shit DAL team.

              Guys -

My statement that the move was not reverse was based on the initial post that DAL was the public side.

Of course - if GB is the public side then the move is reverse. I also lean to GB (ML) despite the move.

BTW - The SBR consensus is showing DAL 52% - but I'm sure you are using a more a accurate metric than SBR.

              Good Luck to All.

I'm a homer - but if the Pack has a chance to dump the Boys they will. And there's not much to suggest the Cowboys can stay with them in GB at about 35 degrees
