I have never seen this many trap lines for one NFL weekend
Normally i see 1 or 2 traps. But this weekend wow the traps are coming in bunches.

Jets -4 at Lions - Opened up -3.5 and now moved to 4. But seriously is this team laying 4 points only to the lions? I know Lions are good at home but this number is fishy though not as fishy as some other games. Jets have best defense in league next to Ravens and lost to GB last week. Tough for them to lose 2 in a row right?

Patriots -4.5 at Browns- This has to be the biggest trap of the week. Pats have best record in league and go to Cleveland with Mccoy at QB. He is the starter for this game right? How in the world is the best NFL team this year in terms of record going to Cleveland and laying just 4.5 points? This should be minimum 7. Even if it was 10, that would be a fair line that might draw 50/50 action.

Texans +2.5 against Chargers in Houston- So Chargers are 0-4 on the road and laying points yet again? They laid 9 to the rams and lost straight up. Now they lay 2.5 to the Texans who are great at home though they are on a short week. But how does anyone not take texans here being a home dog. This looks like a trap to bite on the texans

Colts +3 at Eagles- Colts are on short week as well like Houston. But this time with Peyton Manning on the road he is a 3 point underdog against Philly and Kolb. Are you serious? Yes Eagles are at home but Colts being an underdog on the road does not make any sense unless they are against the Patriots, Steelers, Saint maybe. This line along with the Patriots line just smells trap.

Bucs +9 at Falcons- Tampa Bay plays really well this year and have a great record. They are 3-0 on the road and Atlanta is 3-0 at home. Both 5-2. Yet falcons are laying 10 points? This should be 7 maximum. Looks like they want you to bite on the Bucs.

I still think that the most dubious of sides would be Indy (+3). Everyone will be on the Colts ML, but I will still be part of the zombie horde clamoring for some plus Colts money. I'm going against the House on this one.

Interesting. Next week is mostly divisional games, which means more trap lines.

Honestly, the Texans aren't better then the Chargers. The Chargers have had a lot of careless mistakes to lose their games(Prolly cause they rigged it that way) but I'm confident the Chargers will WIN this week. Covering the spread is another story.

public is already biting on all of them obviously.

Atl ML is a solid play.

Who is they? I hope you're not going to be a square and say the bookie. The last thing a sportsbook would want is one sided action.

lions are the best team ATS, line is more than right here. detroit will be ready and willing in a home game they can be competitive in.

should the pats be -7 here where they struggle to score on offense on the road? this game will be close. bad spot for the pats.

san diego is better than their record for sure. san diego is a much better team and will go on a winning streak now.

colts playing the wrong team at the wrong time.

falcons favored by 9 because of teaser bets, that is all. tough to go against the bucs getting 9 but again bad spot for the bucs.

these are my opinions. good luck with your plays.

Vick will be the starting QB for the Eagles this weekend against the Colts, not Kolb. Just a heads up.

Even Vick start for Phily this weekend, but the Eagles -3 at home versus the Colts is a strange line, it would be make some sense that the Colts -3 instead of the Phily -3.

Even the Public gets them occasionally.. The most important question out of all these traps though is simply...

There is no such thing as a trap line, and I think I lose a brain cell every time I hear the phrase.

Colts are the better team but Philly matches up well.

No, there isn't, literally; it's just the connotation being simplified with public perception and it's involvement in mind.

Vick back + Colts injirues + Colts short week + Andy Reid off bye = Eagles W more often than not. I just wish i got the -2.5 at open. I still think -3 +105 is +ev though, but maybe I am wrong.

At first look something seems very fishy in the Pats/Browns game, but looking at both teams avg scoring and defense the numbers come out close to a 24-20 Pats win. Guess that says to take the 5 on Bodog.

                                    well

the eagles have a 17 game win streak coming off byes, they get d jack and vick back, plus indy is still very banged up. no clark, no melvin bullit, no colliee, no donald brown, no addai, no mike hart. when u look at it, colts are super thin at RB and WR. it will be a close game. i dont like betting against the sheriff, but i think eagles take this one. plus they at home.

Really like the jets this weekend..coming off a lose they should be pissed off...going against a young qb Rex should be able to confuse him wth some different looks. Playing on that field should help their offense no wind guests to deal wth..Im thinking Jets win by 10 or 13
