By betting this your basically saying you dont want the Colts points. If you firmly believe the Texans will score over 23 points, bet the over on the game. The texans D isnt slowing Manning down and your not gonna wanna be against him when he scores. Therefore I would bet the over. If the Texans are scoring over 23, so are the colts my friend.
