What exactly does waivers do? Never understood the concept behind it. Is it that any team can pick up Moss aslong as they take the same contract?

moss is playing like moss, he will show up here and there and grab a few touchdowns. the guy is a joke and doesn't play hard on every play. if he were paid per play he would owe the fukking team money. people just don't get it.

He first has to clear waivers (worst teams get a chance to sign him first) and if he doesn't, he essentially becomes a free agent.

The Vikings are pathetic when under fire. There's an article blaming Moss for "quitting on a play", essentially leading to Favre's injury. Last week Childress pulled Favre's dick out of his ass and blamed him for the loss.
Too much finger pointing. What's next?

Someone will pick him up, as long as you can catch a ball he should find a home.

So is Moss headed to STL? They are hurting at WR. I know Carolina don't want him, Detriot won't take him, Cleveland maybe....Hell why don't Cincy get him too haha

I don't think you understand how waiver wires work in the NFL.

But he really should have caught that ball at the goal line on the pass interference play... he gave up on it for some reason when it was an easy td

Imagine Cincy with Moss.... Unstoppable. All they need is a qb who can make it rain.

Every team has the chance to get the player. Otherwise one team may want to fold in the middle of the season and hand their best players to another team.

anyone see him not catch the ball for the TD when it was 2 yards away from him? this was after he was interfered or something, and instead he took the automatic first down lol

I told you Childress was a moron. With Sidney Rice out and Percy Harvin hurt, and your team in desperate need of wins, how do you argue that the team is better without Moss?
Good luck facing that locker room Childress.
The best part is that the Buffalo Bills get first crack at him on waivers; it would be funny if he ended up there.

If nobody picks him up then I think the Patriots would take him
