That being said, this is their standard max's and limits, but if you talk to book manager, which they almost always allow you to do, they will give you something called a line accomidation, this simply means they will give you your limit at current line, then adjust line by half point to give you whatever over the limit your bet is, up to what the limit is you have gone over... Say you want to bet 20k on NFL and you are getting +7, they will give you 5k at 7 5k at 6.5 5k at 6 and 5k at 5.5. If you are into value this will crush you in long run, but for those few rare plays that come along, if you have no other option, you do what you have to do, I actually had to use this a few times in the past. Bodog will usually give you the best line on underdogs that are anti-public, so sometimes this is actually a decent option.
