49ers - Vastly underachieving, no leadership, all yelling, no X's and O's, he's even too dumb to realize there is a problem, he wants to keep doing what they are doing only better. Newflash, it's not 1985 anymore and it's a passing league.
Cowboys - Lazy, front running, showboat, undisciplined team. They are 1-4 score a touchdown and that clown Miles Austin is jumping around like they won the super bowl. The team commits more penalties than anybody and their coach is left on the sidelines putting up with all of it.
Bengals - Marvin hasn't done anything with this team in a decade. He rode the coattail of the 2000 Ravens defense that my grandma could have coached and his Bungles have been a borderline playoff team a couple of times in 10 years but usually worse. The team needs a leader.
Vikings - The coach is a pushover, dumb, raspy voiced idiot. If anything he should be fired just for picking Tavaras Jackson in round 2 when the pundits had him as a 5th rounder and wasting a sb caliber talented team with a 3rd string quarterback that couldn't even start in college.
Chargers - Norv is a fantastic offensive mind, good with X's and O's, good at getting something out of his offense and is surprisingly about an average coach ( people think he sucks) but SD needs a change of scenery.
Whatever you do don't hire Jim Zorn to replace these guys
and make sure you give a token interview to Leslie Frazer
